Current status
The working draft lives in the product repository at docs/legal/terms-of-service.md. It remains marked draft until counsel approval, business address/contact decisions, jurisdiction, warranty period, retention periods, payment terms, and SLA language are finalized.
For beta participants
Use the beta agreement or direct written agreement provided with your private-beta invitation. If you do not have a signed or written beta agreement, do not treat this placeholder as permission to deploy PacketSpear in production.
